Okay, there are two chests of which I can't find the key to open.
1> There's a locked chest in Barnabus' layer- in an area with the Shield Generator switch that shields the Nest Tower.
2> In Needleman's Cave, there's a locked Small Box on the shelf.

anyone know where the keys are, or how to open them?

In Barnabus's lair check the bottom cave; straight ahead, once you get to the T intersection, look for the grate on the wall you are facing, off to the left a bit, IIRC.

as for needlemans storage i dont think anyone has been able to find that key

It seems like there was a key on a ledge by Needleman, in the ED version,IIRC. I was unable to locate that key, in my first playthrough of DKS.

yeah, it's bugged in DKS I heard.
