I hate it to wake up an hour and half for cleaning the paths at our house, so the way is clear for the car.

I love snow. There can never be enough of it.

I'm still hoping that one day it will snow so much around here, that nobody can drive in a car anymore, and everyone has to walk or stay at home. Unlikely to happen, but one can still hope.
One day this Winter when was going to the University there was so much snow that I couldn't see the path through the fields because it was only one white plain, and it was snowing so heftily that I couldn't see forward 20 meters. That should happen more often.

We have snow falling from the skies for al least two weeks now, but it hardly keeps lying on the ground - except a few days ago.
Now every day it's snowing - as I said before, even now as I write these lines.

Actually the formation of hail is nothing to do with the air temperature. More the temperature gradient in the atmosphere. Ice forms so rapidly it clumps into balls (hail) rather than crystallising properly. (snow)
Water is a very interesting molecule actually....

Had that on school once...But when was that?? 4 or 5 years ago Never had any use for that knowledge...But i prefer hail over snow cause it bounces off my coat aniway so i don't get wet..don't see that happen with snow...i dislike snow... i like ice though

It's facinating! Really! Yes I know I'm a science geek...
That's why you can get hail in thunderstorms in the middle of summer. A cold front in the upper atmosphere moves rapidly in over a warm lower atmosphere. Ice forms in the clouds as snow and clumps together as it falls into warmer air.

Anyway, I hate snow. Hail is cool though. Especially when it comes down like golfballs!
