For things such as spell effects, the tool tip should show things like concentration and duration. I thought I was doing something wrong with the Sleep spell because it usually keeps people asleep for much longer. I'm not saying that the sleep spell is useless because it doesn't have the same duration, just that the tooltip should tell me these things.
