Please fix spell/attack targeting.

Current behavior: even with Circle combat/tactical highlights, one must attempt to focus attacks on the (sometimes quickly moving) character model.

Expected behavior: when utilizing Circle combat/tactical highlights, the character model should be selectible by mousing over the floor highlight, rather than the moving character model.

In a TTRPG-style game, misses/hits are based upon character abilities and skills; unless billed and trained as a core mechanic, UI-related hits/misses only serve to frustrate and annoy players.
