the wiki is no help in regards to this especially since the template they provide doesn't exist
Basically, I want to modify a human so she starts with dragon blaze instead of encourage. (or an actual breath attack) and have a buffed version of the demonic talent. The idea I am trying to make a Dragonkin. human who has draconic blood, so she would have a natural fire breath and resistance to fire.
