When creating a new ranger (woodelf) and selecting the Bounty Hunter option, the "venture forth" button gets disabled.
It stays disabled even when clicking other options than Bounty Hunter.
When selecting a totally different class (say Cleric) and it gets back enabled and I can pick Ranger again, just as long as I don't pick Bounty Hunter.
