The hair looks great but seems too light? Black hair looks too gray. It doesn't seem possible to make a 'dark brown' hair that looks dark brown.

Indeed I found no way to make a ravenhaired character. It is gray or blueish.
Skintone also. In the colorbox you have pale white boxes, but on the character it is still fleshy coloured. No way to make a bone-white drow, even though the choices do show this color.
