Got a problem, well not so much a problem, but its damn annoying:
All the cats on the streets in Verdistis keep attacking me. Obviously they dont do much damage (me being the mighy warrior that I am), but I am getting tired of the little buggers pestering me all the time.
Slew a couple of them, but felt bad about it, so I stopped.

When I first arrived, the felines were quite amiable. After finishing off the mosquito horde in a garden in SE Verdistis, they started attacking me. I just might have taken out a cat that sat in that garden when I went insect-butchering. Accidentally of course.
I wonder if that ticked the cats off?. But since when did cats have some telephatic collective conciousness?

They dont give any XP, and the meat they leave...well I am not that hungry.

Anybody experienced the same? What can be done to apeace the "ferocious" felines?

Yes, you accidentally killed a cat, which immediately turns all NPC cats in the game hostile. Same would happen with dogs.

Does this make Kitty in Aleroth (the cat you can talk to - "Good Kitty" being the only speech option), hostile too. By the way, is this the cat that sniffs/licks your hand in the opening cut-scene?

a) I don't know about Kitty
b) I am not sure, but I doubt it, since you meet a cat as main character later in the game, and I assume it's rather that one

out ALL DOGS hate you too. I wonder when
you will figure out why? LOL

If you kill 1 rat, the other though do not turn against you.

You know if you use the statuate of a cat and run near a dog,the dog doesnt turn hostile,a boar doesnt turn hostile.

However the funny thing is a boar will attack you in your usual form but wont attack the guard.

A troll hunter will attack you unless you are near the vicinity of another troll,in which case the troll hunter will attack the troll,the troll will attack you and you get to choose who you attack.
