Before entering by the front gate (unwillingly of course);
entering thru the sewers.
The onw jail cell has a green dot. That means who?
LOL
!. Zandalor?
2. The 3rd Marked One?
3. a Rat?
4. Anorher EASTEREGG ?
Naturally the cell refuses to open by lockpick.
There os no key or lever to be sure.

FYI: Janus puts a lot of propganda on his
Bulliton board; doesn't he1
I wonder why nothing has been said about
the guilty party responsible for the
plague? Yes the quest completed!

I think the green dot that is there is for the guy who steals the cows from the farmer, or it was on my game he was mad to see me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Plague is correct => the green dot is the cow rustler. In early German versions you could enter his cell via lockpick - but it caused a hanging cut scene if you picked up the lockpicks in the neighbout cell, so Larians changed this => you can't enter anymore.
<sigh> if my server didn't go down (due to the storm here?), I could post a screenshot proving this. BTW, he has to be in this cell due to game design, nothing to do with your decision to spare or give his secret away.

We should free him just on general principals?
LOL Janus would have to pardon him so as not to
let the populace know stormfist jail can be
escaped.

Failed Lockpick attempts should not use up a lockpick.
Even when the cell could be opened, he would not leave. He did not talk to me either, but that may have been because I turned him in.

I vaguely recall that his opinion was the same or close to my overall reputation at the time (maybe around 20?). He was not hostile, anyway.
