I found the crystal bag, but no matter how hard I try, I can't get any crystals into it. Do I need to find some kind of skill to be able to use it. How do I get Crystals into the bag????????

First, (left)click on the crystal bag. A crystal bag inventory appears. Drag this inventory next to your main inventory.
Now, drag crystals to the empty spots in the crystal bag.

I had a similar problem. First I needed to click at the top of the bag in my inventory. Then move my inventory window to the right because it opened under the inventory window. Then I added the gem that I had into the bag. It looked like it would hold 7 gems. I could be incorrect on the quantity.

So, let me get this straight. When the bag window opens I need to move it out of the main inventory screen? Because when I open it and it appears on top of the main window, as soon as I click on a crystal the bag closes. I just need to move the open bag window??

Yes, you need to move it out of the main inventory screen. just drag it somewhere else (otherwise, you can't put anything in it because it becomes invisible when you try to take a crystal out of your main inventory - the main inventory window is now displayed over the crystal bag thus rendering the crystal bag inventory invisible)

Yes, the crystal bag was a little confusing at first for me too, but having had a similar problem with DD when trying to use charms, I eventually worked it out.

Is there more than one crystal bag? My main character is holding on tight to the one found in the citadel, but the DK sure could use one!

Thanks to both of you for your assistance. I will check that out tomorrow. From what I understand, that is the only bag found in the game. So unless you can duplicate it you can only equip it to one character.
