I'm a brand new user, I'm just wondering if there is anything special about the different colors assigned to weapons/armour {ie: blue, green, grey etc.}
Thx

Sorry;
This must be a really lame question, because no one is answering me.
But I'm really curious.
Thx again

hi
im pretty sure it just means how good they are, yellow and orange tend to be really good for me and im pretty far into the game, seeing as you have just started you will most likely find blues and greys. At your stage in the game green items are the best i think

hope i helped...?

Blue=some extra abilities
green= better abilities than blue??
yellow and orange= rare and unique items usually very good skills!
grey= i wouldnt know

So it has something to do with the abilities and extras the item has.

It only depends on what and how many extra bonuses item gives.
Sometimes even unique items have no bonuses and letter in white.

I belive this is the order, from weak to best colors:

[*]White
[*]Grey
[*]Blue
[*]Green
[*]Yellow
[*]Orange

thats stupid. in diablo if you collected a complete set of something your charactor got extra bonuses.

I must admit I found a piece of dragon armour that had a white label and no bonouses, you can imagine how annoyed I was!!! Diablo series rocks, but Divine Divinity beats it only by a fraction!!!

and that fraction would be 2/3 better! I loved Diab too, then i found this, just another step up

One thing about Diablo though, is that it has higher production values. This game has an insane number of bugs. Diablo had some too, but not as many, and not as blatantly obvious.

GridLock i agree with you on that notion, diablo 2 has better weapons/bonuses etc. but it lacks actually gameplay, if you were to log on right now and give someone a .8 windy to give you all the waypoints, no one would take you up on that because everyone gets rushed, skips the gameplay, doesnt care about nething but dueling. Besides diablo is turning into a crappy game now, with all the hacks and all.. DD is definitly better regardless of its single player, few character storyline.
