I've been harping on about this for weeks now, and its one feature im really desperate for. Three skillbars is not enough.

Also it would be nice if there was a quick-swap to move between skillbars, instead of having to use those tiny arrows. E.g. Alt 2 to switch to hot bar 2.

I would also very much like to see another skillbar in the UI - without the need to switch. In WoW you could add about 5 skillbars I think, all always visible.
