Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Help/Tips/Tricks Boreas' Prison *POSSIBLE MINOR SPOILERS*

Not really stuck in the way of quests etc, I know what I'm doing and where I'm going.

However, next to the waypoint shrine in the prison there's a chain. When pulled I can hear the noise of a gate opening but I can't for the life of my figure out WHAT gate... Any help here?

EDIT: There's also a "hidden" switch on the right in the corridor to the treasure room and I cant interact with it. Dafuq?

IIRC the chain disable the sentinels in the room before.

Are you sure? I definitely hear a gate open and shut when I use it repeatedly... As for the other chain, is it the killswitch for when the gate shuts closed?

EDIT: Are you talking about the chain in the treasury corridor AFTER all the sentinels?

Wait...which chain do you mean exactly? I mean the one directly left of the portal in the prison.

Yes that one exactly. When I pull it I can hear something open and close.

You're saying it disables the first 4 sentinels? If so, why the noise of an opening gate?
