The main description says +2 to perception for traps and secrets yet hovering over perception it gives +2 for traps only, so which one is correct?

Pretty sure in game mechanics, secrets are considered as "traps".

It provides the bonus to both traps and secrets.

The WIki says it helps both

From experience it does appear to help both traps and secrets

So I'd say that's correct, it is both for traps and secrets, despite the tooltip saying otherwise
