ah, so i've got another question

after the catacombs were done, my sister's character spoke to Joram and he still had that dialogue that 'Mardaneus has, ah, gone as crazy as a loon' or something like that

i d/led the patch already
so is this something that was supposed to be fixed or ?

(not that there's any problem, but just asking)

Have you spoken to Mardaneus after the catacombs?

Joram still has the dialogue even after Mardaneus is cured. It's just something that should have been taken out but wasn't. Joram isn't important after this point in the game, anyway.
