Can we get a list,and descriptions about the new/changed talents in Enchanted Edition?

Oh, ok, there are new talents to:
- make grenade tosses accurate and another that extends their range
- make a character far sighted, so that ranged attacks are more accurate at long distance and less close up
- give a chance to block when dual wielding
and a couple others

Will this talent work with dual staff too or only with dual daggers/swords?

I think it should work with dual wands (staves are 2 handed, so can not be dual wielded); there are no restrictions listed in the description to say otherwise, at least.

Is there going to be a Witch Talent? It was strange and unfortunate that there was none in the original game. Also, have the terrible elemental ones been changed at all?

Just a few of the most grievous contenders as far as talents go:
Zombie - You pretty much have to restart the game if you accidentally took this.
All Elemental bonuses - A bad on hit effect for a reduction in elemental resists, not good.
Witch Talent - It's so bad, I don't think a single person ever took it.
Glass Cannon - Easily the most powerful talent in the game. Heck, my tank took it in my play-through.
