I have more than one monitor connected to my computer and the game does not lock the mouse to the game screen which is pretty annoying.

The second half of the video is not really important because i forgot that i capture only one monitor but the mouse is still going on my second screen.

I think it's because in windowed mode the game still has the focus until you click outside the window or alt-tab. So it's expected behavior for a Windows application. I understand how it can be annoying but not sure how to help you, maybe try full screen mode?
