I haven't seen anyone else have this problem but for some reason I'm just completely missing the panel where you can change the scale color and design for the draconic sorcerer.

I've watched videos of other people in the character screen and I see where the option to change it should be but it's not there for me.

I've already reinstalled the game and deleted all of my mods but nothing works.

When I've tried a draconic sorcerer, the scales options were also available in the "customize appearance" tab.

I know it's also supposed to be there and it's also missing for me from there. I just didn't screenshot it.

I just found the solution to this. You need to delete the 'public' folder in the game filles.
