The ad looks really nice, but could have used a better quote. Saying that DD players will feel right at home with BD is almost as if you're saying: This is only for DD players, or BD is not very innovative. While we all know that's not true.

And let's not forget that most DD players will get BD anyway, since they KNOW how good DD was.

What i find quite stunning is that they have RPGDot quoted as a press reference in this big ad - not bad for that small site run by only a few, but very enthusiastic people! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

Seems they have built themselves up quite a standing in the CRPG world, even sipping through into the world of traditional media (and the money, money universe of publishers <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> )! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

though i thought it was funny that many of rpgdot people are friends with larian.

There's no need to use the first game as a platform to launch the second, as those who played the first (as Tovi said) will play the second...but what of those who didn't?

They'd want more than the word <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> said too many times to be convinced.

Also the web address www.larian.com and mention of the forum should be on the ad too. (though I guess they could find their way from <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> .com!
