Hello all, i have a little problem with the stoneaxe quest for the dwarven council member. I got the quest, then spoke with Gregor, got the permission to talk to the elf, did that. No change in the queststatus.

The first time i know that gregor asked me to bring him some Met wich i agreed to. alas this did not update my journal. Anyways i bought the Met from rimmer and went back to gregor and... nothing happens. No new dialogue nothing else to talk about. My journal entry is still the first one. So uhmmm now what? i tried for an hour to figure this out, ran around talked to people and then got me the walkthrough and read there how to do this quest. i do exactly like the walkthrough says but can´t continue.

On a side note i still have 2 questentries in my journal of quests i have already solved.

I seriously hope i am not borked since this is the last thing to do before the ritual everything else is done. Since it is so cloise to the end replaying it again from the beginning is kinda out of the question.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You should give the mayor there a bottle of somekind of wine.
He should give you a password to enter a part of the mines in the dwarvenhalls.

I wont say more now or i will spoil you gamefun abit.

have fun.

I gave him Rimmer's ale he had given me as a reward. But there seems to be a bug. Just proceed in the game: Dwarven Halls/Dark Forest/SW in htere. Killing the sentry gives a lot of XP.

The problem with Gregor is he doesn't care for the ale, he likes mead...give him some mead and he will talk.
