Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Technical Problems game crushes after gong

Hello everyone,
I need help!
I have Windows XP Pro on my new computer and it freezes completely (I have no choice but to reboot the computer) after I ring the gong in Council of Seven. It happens after I get sent to the other map.
Has anyone had this problem?

1. Playing with CD or no CD hack? You need the CD cause of the video scene
2. Wich mode are you playing? Switch to software mode, this helped me, do you know where to do this? Game menu - options - video. After you're safely in the Wastelands, you can switch back again. This was recommended by the Larians, link is added <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.
