Hi, I'm stuck with the Deathknight patrol's in the Citadel levels Act I. I can sneak by them, but I want the experience. My Deathknight is a mage and my Human a survivor. (I know, hard choice of classes but that's how i want it)
How do i easily kill them?

I have two of three battlefield keys, but only one open entrance on the BF. I thought the other entrance was supposed to open when I got the second key?

Take some time out in the Battle Feilds. Go there with high 'luck' - so that you may get better equipments. Come back in the main game with better wargear and lots of potions and higher levels of experiance. You can easily beat the Death-Knights one at time.

You can easily beat the Death-Knights one at time. Not without using all my potions.. I'm currently lvl 9, I have completed the 3 levels in the first entrance and I thought I could go down in the second after I found the second key. I have 27 in luck, I have completed everything I can in the BF already, except the other entrances. So if i want to lvl up before going to the DK's I need to have access to them. (Which I thought I had)

If you are in sneak mode, you can get close enough to the DK to fire an arrow or 2, and then run away a bit... Initialy this wont look like its doing much... because they CAN heal themselves (but only 3 times IIRC), so eventualy you get their health down, and then attack them with melee / magic.
after you killed the first DK.... go to your quest screen, click on trophies and check what they are the least immune to...
then use THOSE type of arrows on the next one you try to kill with this method.... it will make a HUGE difference...

This will reveal what the DK is vulnerable to
Spoiler : THe most effective arrows will be ethereal and poison - the DK has a slight resistance to poison, but it will still do a fair bit of damage to him, even after you have run away...THe DK has no resistance to ethereal, slashing and crushing <<---------- highlight to read

You should find the next BF key (every key unlocks 1 dungeon), a little later in this level... or the next
You can ofcourse always come back to kill these DK's a little later.... you will be able to come back... (until you escape from the Citadel)

In act 1 there is
2 x Battlefiled 1 keys (because most people miss the original one, they placed another one a little later) 1 x Battlefield 2 key (that opens both dungeon 1 and 2) 1 x Battlefield 3 key (that opens dungeons 1, 2 and 3)
If you click on the key, it will tell you which battlefield key it is (1, 2 or 3)

The level 2 BF key is in the area patrolled by the DKs. Spoiler : From the entrance, head west, north and then east (follow the right hand wall) to a side storage room. (highlight the text to read)
As for fighting the DK Patrols, I had hero my archer set to aggressive, to start attacking as soon as the patrol showed up, and kept my DK warrior up front.

At that point of the game for me (As I am now in the second act) I went with the Head on all out approach and let me tell you I died more than once lol but I was lv 10 instead of 9 so that may have made a difference. I guess this doesn't really help your situation much but I though a little more input couldn't hurt.

@DarkRaven You could have cleared all the BF without entering the dungeons. It gives you a lot of potions. I have over 50 for each of small, medium and large vitality and mana potions. The experiance makes you level up. But it won't make much of a difference as the DK's in the patrol areas will also level up (upto level 12 in my case) as per the level of your character.
I haven't needed to sneak till now in the game. Actually I don't know how to use the sneak mode and perhaps I don't care about knowing it too

Well.. I have now killed 4/5 DK's with my lvl 5 water missile spell. I never needed potions until now. And I've got the BF lvl2 key so I'm going there afterwards.
