If you have Hermosa and the Slayer fight on Sentinel Island, and Hermosa wins (Don't know if she always does or not), afterwards if you talk to her again, her dialogue is broken and impossible to finish. You get through about 3 sentences on the "What does a trainer do?" dialogue, and the Continue no longer works. This dialogue works before you have them duel.
The only fix I know of is to End the game Process through Task Manager. I pressed every button on my keyboard and nothing happened. This doesn't seem to be an essential conversation so I can skip it, but it's a game-ending bug that needs to be reported.
I would include a screenshot but Print Screen gave me a black box, so I can't.
Edit: I noticed if you let her get back to her cabin or whatever that is, she won't glitch out. You have to talk to her immediately after she wins. I returned after saving Elfrout or whatever his name is, and she was no longer glitched.
