bonjours, mon problème à moi est un message d'erreur d'initialisation qui m'indique que le moteur de rendu n'a pas pu se crée, pourtant je dispose d'une configuration mis à jour qui devrait me permettre de pouvoir y jouer, une aide please

Nous avons besoin d'informations sur votre configuration matérielle :

WINDOWS XP
1. Cliquer Démarrer puis Exécuter ou presser les touches Windows et R.
2. Dans 'Ouvrir:' entrer la commande DXDIAG puis valider.

WINDOWS VISTA/WINDOWS 7
1. Cliquer le bouton Windows pour afficher le menu démarrer ou presser les touches Windows et R.
2. Entrer la commande DXDIAG dans la barre Rechercher (en bas à gauche) puis valider.

Onglet Système: version de Windows, le modèle du processeur et la quantité de mémoire RAM.
Onglet Affichage: le nom du contrôleur graphique et la date du pilote.
Onglet Son: le nom du contrôleur audio et la date du pilote.

Après avoir envoyé au support technique le dxdiag et ensuite le rapport xml, plus de réponse depuis plus de 1 semaine... alors que tous les derniers jeux fonctionnent...

Renvoie un mail, c'est rare mais il est possible qu'ils l'aient perdu/égaré.
D'habitude ils répondent dans la journée ou le lendemain.

j'en ai déjà envoyé 2, celui de la semaine dernière et celui de cette semaine .
