I used Feather Fall to send a party member into the Legion treasure room. As soon as he landed, I got the Exploration XP bonus, and *everyone* in the room said: "I tell ya, I've never seen so many riches in one place. Wild!"
I'm not sure who's supposed to say it, but probably not the guards and prisoners.
