>> You can start stealing when in sneak mode ( C ) if you have enough Thievery.Its recommended to have your own set of Thievery. So everyone in the party can steal without spending points into Thievery. The steps are simple:

1. Find yourself a victim.
2. Use your companion to distract the NPC while the other stay behind and steal.
( doing this and the NPC wont freak out until they are done taking with you else they will look for the thief immediately
whenever thier stuff is stolen.)
3. Repeat for others because each character can only steal once per NPC

>> Incase the place is crowded, use other companions to talk and change other NPC line of sights then go back to stealing. Repeat for others as well.

There are 3 locations filled with gold and loots or in some cases... paintings to sell later for profit in Act 1. They are: the Magister room , Vault of Braccus Rex , Braccus Rex's Prison/Tomb.

Its also recommended to have your own set of +bartering. It has been useful for me , i can trade a bunch of crap gears to get 2 purple and extra hundred cash in one exchange.
