Hey I've just reached the Dwarven Halls and King Duntarim isn't in the throne room and can't be found. Have I missed something somewhere along the way that has caused him to not spawn or something?

You've undoubtedly figured out the issue or reloaded, but there isn't a trigger to get the king to appear. He should be standing to the left of the throne and slightly back.
