So for the mysterious door near the Lake Shrine at the base of Lord Lovis Tower, I already gave Ronon the scribing stone, or what it's called and had to use the "unlock" function in the developer's console without it. What a surprise to find

inside the chamber the priest's dead body

Does it happen everytime? I don't really remember that from the last time I've entered properly this chamber, but Talana also commented on this, so I guess it is supposed to happen even by the normal means of entry.

If you give Romon the scrying stone without using it yourself first, he uses it, gets teleported and suffers the predictable results.
If you went into the church, someone there would have mentioned Romon disappearing. Searching for his notes on the altar and reading them would give you the password required to enter the door at the base of the tower.

If you use the scrying stone, you get teleported, and in the dialog with the ghost there, can mindread for a stat point.

So that's how. I didn't remember it correctly, just according to some walkthrough I knew that to enter it, you need the scrying stone (well you don't actually) and I already gave it to Romon. When I entered in the past (when my comp was still fine with most games), I'm sure I used the proper way to enter. Though I'm not the most patient person at times, so I wanted to explore it asap and without the stone, saw no other option than cheating. XD Good to know for the next character.
