Playing on a Switch Lite, using approved media (SanDisk Ultra Class 1 microSD). Have crosslink with PC and cloud saves but have only played this saved game on a Switch. I only play in handheld mode. Installed newest patch when it was released last month. Party are all named characters (Lohse, Sebille, Red Prince, Fane). Doing a straight playthrough of the game, not trying to do any weird exploits or anything. I mostly play at home with wifi on.

Have had zero issues throughout Act I. Just started Act II a few days ago and had my first crash this morning in Driftwood. It started right after going to Malady's house in Driftwood doing the 'Powerful Awakening' quest. It did not happen during a save. I loaded from a previous save and went back into Malady's house to go underneath it. My main character (Lohse) somehow lost her equipped boots, no changes to stats that would have stripped them, they were just gone both from equipped items and inventory.

Restarted an earlier save file and when I went back down I started losing the ability to sort my goods then it wouldn't let me switch between characters or interact with the environment, but I could walk around and open menus but couldn't execute any commands in the menus (example: I could open the inventory, and open the inventory sort menu but when I would try and sort by name or weight it wouldn't do anything). Everytime I go to 'Manage Runes' it's really really slow to load the first page. It almost seems like my inventory is lagging or crashing it? I have some items but definitely not stuffed full.

Please let me know if you need save files or anything, after both crashes I opted to 'allow Nintendo to share error information from the console with third-party developers whose software has crashed'. I took a photo of this screen on my Switch because screenshot ability was not working, although I was able to go back and forth from the Switch's home screen to the bugged game.

Please do email supportdos2@larian.com with a save before before Meistr Siva's house (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc), as well as a save or two after, where you have started to encounter problems.
After syncing, each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames\Story' folder.
In Windows Explorer you can zip a file or folder by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder' (and similarly in OSX/Finder).

Follow-up: cleared Switch profile cache per tech support's suggestion and haven't had any glitches or a crash since.
