Hello there. i met a problem with skill effect: fire, smoke, in the first second casting rain.

Why didn’t the screenshots load?
my system:
rx 570 sapphire nitro+ 8gb
i7 2600
ddr3 1333 12gb
i had no problem before install videocard( palit gtx570, 30-35 fps without jumps.
windows i install today from microsoft(1903)
amd adrenalin 19.12.1

New users "enjoy" various restrictions until they've been manually reviewed to discourage spammers. Which I've now done.

You may like to consider reducing the number, size and/or format of the images though, as not everybody is on super-fast broadband. I'd suggest at least using jpeg format to hasten loading.

A drop in FPS with surface effects or skill previews is normal, though generally not by that much.

What am I supposed to do?

Try starting a new game and check the FPS with skill previews, etc. Moving a bit from the initial character position can trigger an auto save, which might overwrite one from your current playthrough. If you don't already have an honour mode difficulty save, starting one would avoid that problem, since it uses a separate, single save slot (in the difficulty list, after selecting Tactician there is a choice between Regular and Honour).

Try creating a new Windows administrator user account, switch to that account and try starting the game from there, directly from the executable, to test in a new game.

Try doing a clean boot and then test the game. Click Start, or hit WinKey-R, type in msconfig and hit enter; in the General tab, click Selective Startup, uncheck Load startup items (if required) and leave Load system services and Use original boot configuration options checked. Next, click on the Services tab, check the box to Hide all Microsoft services, then click the Disable All button (maybe make a note of which are currently enabled/disabled), then click OK and reboot the computer.
Run msconfig again to switch back to the normal boot configuration.

Try a clean re-install of the graphics drivers (see here or here, for example).
You could also try a clean uninstall of the current drivers, reboot and try installing an older version, to see if that makes a difference (if no other games require the latest drivers).

I solved this problem. It turns out ddr3 was very weak and did not have time to load textures.
