As in the title, due to possibly doing things too out of order in Arx Kemm has disappeared. I rushed the lizard consulate and Kemm's vault in this playthrough due to wanting those rewards, and thus ended up saving Arhu without ever learning he was missing, or ever interacting with Kemm at all. (Never even went never the barracks.) Kemm never showed up to reinforce that fight, and speaking with Arhu just gives a message that he's in too much pain to do anything. Kemm's also not in the barracks anymore. I played a bunch afterwards to see if anything would make him appear in the vault, but no luck. (Some things were in a missed quest state though, eg. Reimond was hiding under the barracks, but had already died for no explained reason.)
