So, this happened the second time now at the confrontation in the sewers. After knocking him out in the fight the cut scene starts and plays out afterwards. "Guardian" puts him under the protection after Player Char insists, so Minsc should/can join as Companion. Both times after the cut scene ended, Minsc instantly turned hostile again and the fight starts again. Every attempt of knocking him out again results in Minsc perma-dying and Jaheira perma-leaving.
When this happend the first time, it was on a normal run, so I simply reloaded a former save.
When it happend the second time, it was on honour, so no reload and insta-loss of two companions because of a possible bug, I guess?
