Talent Alone Wolf. When i using skill Bull horns, i get 2 retribution (6 retribution, active skill 8 retribution). But when i have retribution on full 10 (+1 with gear)=11 retribution, active skill no effect i have still 11 retribution. I testing it. Reflect DMG is same with skill Bull horns and without.

I'll check if that is intended (the bonus not going over the max).
